"Brides and Grooms Vow the Crowd"

Review of Har Ik Zehr’s performance on November 19, 2006 at Stony Brook University’s Club Om’s ‘Dulha Dulhan’ Fashion Show.

“After all of the formal introductions and explanations were taken care of, the real event began, first with a musical guest, “Har Ik Zehr”, which in Urdu, means “Every Single Poison”. Their music was a blend of Pakistani and American Rock, the classic “East meets West” fusion. Lead singer Amish Dar captivated the audience with his unique sound and hypnotic guitar.”

"Students glimpse Indian glamour"

Review of Har Ik Zehr’s performance on February 6th, 2008 at New York University’s Jhalak Fashion Show.

“Har Ik Zehr, a band that called their style a "multicultural, musical experiment," rocked out between fashion shows. They played an unconventional love song, rock style tunes and a powerful spoken word piece that tried to send a message of peace to everyone, regardless of religion and race.”
