"Harley Quinn Just Feels Right"

Their style of music doesn’t replicate anything else that is out there on the music scene right now, which is a good thing. I'm so glad that someone decided to break through and not be afraid to take a chance with an untamed, ultra-modern sound. Everyone knows it's the risk takers that make the dents in the music scene and I see Harley Quinn making a big one - Rock Girl Online Magazine

"Pop Music Still Has Skilled BAnds?"

The unique way that they attack rhythms throughout their songs made me really happy - I'm all about technical skill, even in genres that don't necessarily smack it. They definitely proved themselves as very talented or highly practiced (and most likely both). I like the fact that the trickiest parts of the songs instrumentally are the catchiest and most unique - Independent Clauses Magazine

Bio

Harley Quinn has worked with both producer Brian Moncarz (Pilate, the Junction. Silverstien, The Stick Up) and vocal coach Diana Yompolsky (Brian Byrne, Alex Norman (Ill Scarlett) Edwin, Lukas Rossi, Raine Miada) and are currently playing around Toronto. Harley Quinn started when the three members began jamming after their high school jazz band would retreat for the day. They clicked, and before long developed a chemistry that they had never felt before. Although jazz was fun, the band found influences through heavier sounds from artists such as Jimi Hendrix, Smashing Pumpkins, Jane’s Addiction, and Pearl Jam among many others. They made it their mission to make sure every song they wrote was very distinct from the others. They did this by creating moods for the songs, by writing in different keys and allowing for each song to have their own unique edge. They some what subconsciously developed their method of song writing and it continues to evolve today. Harley Quinn have been playing shows on the Toronto circuit for the past two years, using the variety of their song writing to gain a variety of different followers.
