Harmful If Swallowed is your straight up rock band. They have the magical combination of great vocals, interesting musical arrangements and the great musicianship necessary to fire on all cylinders creating that great straight up rock sound.
This Oklahoma group pulls no punches in their songwriting. Poignant lyrics are painfully missing in rock music these days, but Harmful If Swallowed has them in spades. Combined with mature music behind the lyrics, this band is poised to make a huge mark in the music industry. With their unique sound, Harmful If Swallowed are local Oklahoma favorites.
Currently, the band is writing new material for a new album that they are concurrently working on for a release slated for late 2008/early 2009. In the bands own words Harmful If Swallowed represents a search for truth in this world that is blinded by hate. We just want to show people that even though the truth doesn't always present itself the way we want it to, there is still love in life and death.
