Bio
I was always a fan of Johnny Cash, Willie, Merle, etc, but it was a song that George Strait sang called I Can Still Make Cheyenne that got me turned on to writing country music. I soon discovered Chris LeDoux and a song called Silence on the Line which I still consider one of the best songs ever written. My style comes out of those songs that tell a story. I try to make the characters in my music very accessible to the listeners. I've been blessed with some success that has take me all over the country and other parts of the world. I think the more experiences I have, the more I have to draw from when writing a song. I've written over 75 songs, some by myself, and some with other talented people. I just keep on keeping on. Writing songs and living the dream of a Honky Tonk hero. I believe one of these days it will pay off big.
