"Dark, broody atmospheres, tight playing, focussed writing and distinctive vocals seem to be the hallmark of London’s Harrison Hope."

Currently in the studio recording material for a second EP in between playing shows.

Harrison Hope are a brand new five-piece hailing from North London, Oxford, Norway and Canada. Founded in late 2008 by singer songwriter Michael Kilbey, former school friend accomplice Dean Jacobs and subsequently joined through a series of bizarre circumstances by Norway's finest export: drummer Christian Gathe, Mr Canada: bassist Adriel Thomas and jack-of-all-trades: guitarist/keyboardist Craig Brown, the band’s debut offering has attracted immediate interest.

Entirely self produced, recorded and mixed on £200 equipment from the comfort of their home, the 10 track Demo EP has already earned the band regular airplay on Manchester Radio Online by new music pioneer Sean Charlamount, as well as a confirmed main support slot at both Nottingham and Leicester University’s summer party.

Currently rehearsing the nights away and planning for the year ahead, the band’s unashamedly honest and eclectic mix of reflective yet energetic melodic rock music seems destined for wider audiences.
