Bio
Harrows are 5 piece post punk band from Dublin. We started back in August 2008. Within one month we recorded our 1st demo, “Leave Again” and “Told” with Liam Mulvany (Fionn Regan) in Asylum Studios. We made our live debut at Whelans, winning a battle of the bands for 2fm and picking up €1000 as a prize. We have been featured in The Irish Times, The Daily Star as well as numerous features/ reviews in local newspapers such as The Fingal Independent. We've played in venues such as the Rds, as part as The Fashion and Debs Expo in March 2009, and the Button Factory and recently played the IMRO showcase tour in 2009. July 3rd 2009 saw Harrows being featured as one of the bands for The Star’s compilation CD of the Imro Showcase tour 2009. Now having just recorded our send demo “Start Of The Backfire” and “Nothing Is Enough” We’ve been receiving airplay on 2FM on Dan Hegarty’s programme. We are aiming to release our debut EP in early 2010.
