Bio
Hawthorne is a rock and blues band consisting of four good friends from Milton, Ontario. Forming in 2012, this young group of 18 year old musicians have been perfecting their set from an early age on stages such as the Rising Star at the Canadian National Exhibition, the Downtown Milton Street Festival, Radfest, the Hard Rock Cafe in Toronto and at their own"Jamming for Joy" charity concert.
With their first EP being released in 2015 and a new record on the way, Hawthorne has diversified their set with a mix of original and cover songs, all with a strong focus on classic rock and blues guitar music. Hoping to bring a younger audience back to these classic genres, Hawthorne wants to continue playing the type of music they grew up listening to and have fun while doing it. Leaving for University in September, Hawthorne has numerous summer show dates including a headlining slot at Rad Brothers in Milton and the grand opening of CJ's Skatepark in Toronto.
