Bio

Hayley Noelle Pettinato was born in 1996, predestined for a musical future. Stemming from a long lineage of talented musicians, it is no wonder young MENSA member Hayley picked up the 'musically gifted' gene. Hayley's crystalline soprano was discovered in 1st grade. As her talent developed, Hayley joined a local choir, and her mom gave her voice lessons. Within a year it became apparent that Hayley's talents far exceeded mom's voice teaching capabilities. Enter Juilliard-trained world-renowned dramatic tenor and vocal coach extraordinaire, John Shackelford. Under his continuous nurturing tutelage, Hayley develops her pristine sound as well as her belt voice, singing a variety of styles from Broadway to rock. The 'domino effect' for prolific poet Hayley began in the spring of 2009. For a Social Studies project on the war in Iraq, Hayley rewrote the lyrics to Anna Nalick's BREATHE, called the song LEAVE, and recorded it. Not only did the project earn her an "A+", it garnered the attention of triple-platinum award winning producer/songwriter, Frankie Vinci, when Hayley's dad played it for him. A few weeks later, twelve-year-old Hayley was in Vinci's studio, recording his original Celtic-inspired song REJOICE. A month later, she and Vinci began co-writing original music. The products of that venture to date are YOU SHINE ON ME, BRIDGES, BREAK ME, AND AWAY HE GOES, CIRCLES, and IF WE MEET AGAIN. Hayley then shot a local community service music video of BREAK ME and a P.S.A., to promote teen dating violence awareness. She has performed her music live at the legendary Bitter End in New York City, and she was the youngest performer at the 2010 Miami Music Festival, sharing a venue with 2 A.M. Club. She also sings the National Anthem at a variety of New England prep school sporting events. Up next for Hayley in 2013: As Hayley has grown, her voice has evolved. She is currently honing in on her love of country music, and is heading back to the studio this spring to record new original country songs. She has been selected as a National Anthem singer for the New York Islanders 2013 season, and she is also the front girl of her school's rock band. Whatever the next domino after this may be, one thing is certain: Hayley is a dynamic performer, capable of singing anything!
