In the 1970's they shared the bill with such acts as Chaka Kahn & Rufus, Four Days and a Night (Soul Machine), Styx, The Cryan Shames, The Buckinghams, Ides of March, Wayne Cochran and the The CC Riders, and many others.
The Haymarket Riot was reformed in the late 1980's as one of the top corporate/special event bands performing for clients such as the Chicago Tribune Presidents Ball, ARA Services NYE Galas, Milwaukee Athletic Club, ( performing with Rita Moreno/ Tony Award Winner- West Side Story), and lead guitarist Frankie Sullivan Junior's Wedding from the recording group "Survivor" among many other notable clients.
The Haymarket Riot has transcended into a fresh and unique approach in 2010 as a country/rock show band w/ horns. in addition to assembling an amazing team of musicians HMR is focusing the show on the best of Country, Rock, and Pop from the last three decades.
