Headlights On The Coastline

BandRock

We love music, we live music, we breathe music, we sleep music, we see music in everything that fills up every minute of every day. And the music that we notice missing from one place or another is the part where we come in.

Hey everyone,

Although we're currently in the studio at the moment, we are now looking for a rhythm section (drums/bass). We are looking for serious, dedicated musicians who will be willing to take the appropriate steps towards success, and are accepting resumes to save us time.

Resume:

- A short bio (goals, General/Musical Education, experience with a click or metronome, relationship status, a picture of yourself, your age; basically anything to let us get a feel for your personality)
- Any music you may have recorded or written
- A history of shows you have played, and bands you were in
- Drums you use (make/size) and how many pieces comprise the set, or the type of bass equipment/setup that you use
- Your general weekly availability and if you have transportation

NOTE: The resume is meant to save both us and you time as we are all busy these days. Be creative, this should be a representation of you and how you can contribute to the band- If you have no music recorded for us to hear don't worry, list some influences and albums you are very comfortable playing too.

Don't feel rushed to hand anything in, being that we are still recording the songs that you would most likely be asked to learn.

Thanks for your time and interest,
Headlights On The Coastline

Please send resumes to:

Lyrics

Mary St. 1955

Written By: Headlights On The Coastline

To you, I write this from the other side
To you, we write this from the other side

Would you have just as soon as left me without knowing I want more?
Am I feeling this song without you?
If you had called me on my birthday and never said happy birthday, it still would be better than you…

Blue and yellow make green, and blue and yellow make green

If I see you here or I see you there, I’ll never say "I love you!"
Will you ever say, “I love you?"

Take it away Peat...

If I've Shaven

Written By: Headlights On The Coastline

I trace these road maps to Northeast civilizations I burn down in my sleep
With photographs I must detach myself from your shell
You and me, what a sight, can finally be
I signaled a spark with objective sincere, so please blink twice if you hear

AM, FM converse combine, if I wanted that much static, I'd disconnect the line and watch your signal fall
Somewhere in New York; Far enough from you, but missing was the worst

And oh what a sight, pin point the romance and shattered window schemes

Throw your heart, it falls or it flies and if I've shaven, I've gone to Maine to die...

Today is a forecast of you and me forever

YOU'RE THE WORST
OH, you're a sight
