Formed in 2004, Heady Brew reunited three lifelong friends who have been making music together in one incarnation or one combination or another since their teens. The common thread binding them together has always been and continues to be the desire to create a distinct and original music.
Heady Brew is an original rock 'n' roll band infused with elements of country and blues. They move with ease from one genre to the next, weaving them together to create a sound that is distinctly their own.
Heady Brew's influences are vast... but major influences include Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers, The Allman Brothers Band, The Rolling Stones, ZZ Top, Neil Young, Jackson Browne, Eagles, Joe Walsh, The Byrds, The Flying Burrito Brothers, Gram Parsons, Led Zeppelin, Joe Ely, Ryan Adams, Guy Clark, Todd Snider, Holy Modal Rounders and The Freak Mountain Ramblers among others.
