So the story begins wih Bill Bennett, cheif songwriter and brainparent of Heard, grew up on Boston's south shore. At a very early age he was demonized in his basement whose walls at the time were covered in Metal posters and whose floor was perpetualy cluttered in cassette tapes. Seeking a higher road than the one laid out for him. Bill crossed the midwestern ocean of America several times for answers before finally setting up camp in Los Angeles. Base station one is Underdog studios. There part time recording studio. This is where he is greeted by eddie Lopez. They meet up at a Del taco and strike up a friendship. Eddie knows jorge and they soon jam out. Josh is soon brought in as the secret weapon on bass through a mutual friendship and it begins. The next obvious progression is to form a band for the right reasons, the music. Heard is all about music nothing more and nothing less. His travels come in through his songs, full of scars but yet still hopeful. The force is strong in him, Heard's music is hard edged with a sweet center. At times thier guitars are a raging fury; other times it is a x-static confession. In a decaying world of commercial dripbag music, Bennett's Heard takes the higher road
