Bio
In early 2004, Jay Leakey approached Bart Jaroscz about starting a boy band while doing dishes at Gibsonia restaurant, Cala Lily Cafe. This was meant as a joke because neither were singers. They extended the invitation to fellow employee Luke Hoey, who happened to be a superior guitarist. The three quickly penned their first song "The Mystic Spiral", soon followed by "Extreme Sports Girl". The members adopted pseudo-names for the band, Jay becoming Jamie Hart, Bart becoming Bart Hart and Luke becoming Mario Hart. Those were the only Heart 2 Hart songs for quite sometime. In late 2004, while Jay and Luke were roommates at Geneva College, they decided to revive Heart 2 Hart. Bart quietly parted ways with the group, and was replaced by Luke's brother Josh Hoey, who in turn became Ace Hart.
They wrote and recorded songs for Deep Into The Mystic Spiral, a release with no distribution or production. In 2005, they wrote and recorded their "official" debut CD - Heart 2 Hart, and have played a number of local shows.
October 31st 2006, Heart 2 Hart released their most mature album to date: Brown Music, VII
