Hearts on Fire

Our band came together from all walks of life for a single purpose; to share our experience, strengths, and hope, through our music that all those who hear us might find a new like with Jesus Christ. Alicia and Amy have been been involved in Christian music for much of their lives. Alicia sang in churches with her family since she was a little girl, and her dad has been singing in a traveling Southern Gospel quartet for many years. Amy has been trained in singing and piano and spent many years in church choirs, directing and performing. Pat and Terraine spent over 20 years playing in nightclubs with rock bands but both came to the realization that the Lord was calling them to leave that enviroment and devote themselves to his ministry. This started in 2004 when Pat met Alicia and they fell in love and married. Soon after he knew the Lord was calling him to do His work along side his new wife. Terraine's dad was a preacher and had been raised by a strong christian Mother. So soon after, Terraine followed. Mark was a self taught jaz guitarist and had been dating Amy. He filled in on guitar one weekend for the band, but soon he too felt the call of the ministry and became the full time guitarist. With so many influences between them from Southern Gospel to rock to jazz to classical choir, the band has put together an outstanding mix of original and cover music. They have many life experiences and stories of how they came through lifes trials to do the Lord's work. The hope is that they can pass this hope on to others through their music, and bring people closer to God.
