Inspired by his life experiences on his journey to make music, songwriter and producer, HEAT, brings us 1 of his debut albums entitled "SHOE STRINGS." Influenced by the music of Gill Scott Heron, Donny Hathaway, Miles Davis and The Meters, this Milwaukee, Wisconsin native now New Yorker, blends African and Latin percussion, horns and piano with hard hitting beats and vocal harmonies to create his own unique sound of street soul & rock influenced hip hop.
