"Publisher Quote"

- I was so happy with the way Heath recorded our song. He really made it very special. - Judy Harris - Music Publisher (Nashville, TN)

"FOUR Stars out of FIVE"

(**** out of *****) With clear vocals, Heath surprises the listener by giving a strong musical product. The clever tune “Grace Don’t Know She’s Amazing” showcases Heath’s clean style. He slows things down with the crooning piano song “Ain’t My Baby Grand,” highlighting his versatility. The music is charming and not afrais to become more diverse as each track progresses. The best radio-ready song is “Here.” Heath’s music is available at wwww.myspace.com/heathhensley .

Bio

Growing up in Texas and New Mexico, Heath always knew he had to sing. He moved to Nashville in 2005 where he now writes songs and sings for a living. God has blessed him in so many ways. He's been given the love for music and the support of friends and family who helped make his recently released debut CD a reality.

Words can’t even describe how excited Heath is to have finished this album. He feels that God has put him right where he wants him to be. He has found his direction and has an extraordinary collection of music to share. Heath’s name is on the record, but this was certainly no solo project. The supporting cast is phenomenal.

Producer, Dave Brainard (Western Underground), brings not only boundless musicianship but the ability to guide and motivate Heath to capture his very best. Dave finds a great sound but also takes the risk of exploring new musical territory.

Heath’s love for this record begins at the foundation. The songwriters and their works combine to weave a tapestry of country, soul, funk, and gospel. Thanks to the writers, the listener is in for a journey they may not expect but are sure to enjoy. Jerrod Niemann and Richie Brown (“Grace Don’t Know She’s Amazing” and “If They Don’t Have a Prayer”) bring with them a pedigree that includes penning # 1 Hit “Good Ride Cowboy” for Garth Brooks. Gary Hannan (“When God Made Me”) also hit #1 with “Tequila Makes Her Clothes Fall Off” for Joe Nichols. Heath hopes he has done all of the songs on this record, and by extension their songwriters, the justice they deserve.

Finally, the outstanding musicians that played on this album are some of the finest in Nashville. Brent Mason’s (lead guitar) every lick seemed so effortless but sounded phenominal. Jim Brown (piano/strings/organ/) exudes a passion in every note that sets the bar for Heath to reach when singing. Each of the other seven musicians on this record brought similar expertise and talent to the table. Heath is forever indebted to them.
