Bio
Heavy Illusion has been playing together in some form since the Spring of 2002. Founded by brothers Rick and Tyler North, along with bassist Andy Girard, the band has gone through some different lineups before arriving to what it is today.
Most of the band's work has been in the studio, with Rick and Tyler combining to self release a total of 7 full length studio albums as 'The North Brothers' and solo. All band members have experience playing live over the years, but recently they have made it their focus.
Influenced by all types of music, Heavy Illusion plays alternative rock songs with a tinge of progressive rock and memories of 1960s hippie rock.
