Country at the Creek Music Fest was privileged to have Heidi Munro and Misdeal perform the main stage on Friday June 21.2013.
They had a stellar performance and brought to us some true country music. Heidi is not only gifted with her beautiful voice but she was also gifted with a personality that is truly as beautiful as her voice. She made everyone feel as though she came to sing to each of them individually. She is so easy going and made us feel like we were the stars of the show!! Our crowd thoroughly enjoyed the sound of this band. It won't be hard to recommend her to others.

Such acts as Diamond Rio, Johnny Reid, Ricky Skaggs, Marty Stuart, Ronnie Milsap, Freddy Fender, Nitty Gritty Dirt Band, Burton Cummings & Loretta Lynn have performed here just to name a few. I had the opportunity of introducing Heidi Munro at a Prince Albert Summer Fair Grandstand function many years ago. Her presentation was so phenomenal that I even remember the song she sang. It was “When a Man Loves a Woman.”
Having been a broadcaster for many years, and a fan of Telemiracle since it’s inception; I believe that Heidi would be an excellent addition to your cast and presentation.
Heidi Munro is an extremely talented vocalist. She is a warm and genuine individual who is aware of Saskatchewan, the Kinsmen and Kinettes, and mindful of the needs of people within it. She is a Saskatchewan artist and Telemiracle is about celebrating “our Own” with grassroots talent that has grown up in our Province.
Heidi is a Mother, and a busy worker, and over time has become a sought after performer for Exhibitions, Summer Festivals, Private Functions, and the Prince Albert Winter Festival where she hosted the Country North Show for three years. Heidi has won many awards, and continues with her band “Misdeal” to produce a blend of Pop, Country and Jazz.
Why would Heidi Munro make an excellent cast member ? The Heidi Munro you meet, is the Heidi you’ll receive on stage. She’s a great performer, a good person with stage presence; and as they say, is “low maintenance.” That is my best recommendation for any performer for a major event. You can’t go wrong with Saskatchewan’s Heidi Munro.
