HELLA SUNSHINE is the brain child of Casey Rosenstiel. Casey's Dad Norm saw promise in Casey's songs and introduced Casey to his friend, coworker and drummer Gauin (Goin) Moore in the earliest days of 2009. Gauin saw in Casey's songs a certain original style that he definitely wanted to put a beat to. After an extremely productive and mythically foggy puget sound spring in Gauin's garage Casey and Gauin decided to add some low end by bringing in Peter Davis, a recent transplant from the midwest (MW props). And as some say, "it just clicked", resulting in the creation of their own unique sound of Music.

So now after nearly a year, and a lot of rehearsal time they have put together some songs and have recorded in Gauin's home Studio to give everyone the opportunity to hear, and enjoy what they together think is some of the best original music to come out of the Northwest in a long time. Update. We are proud to have been able to add a new member, Jim Davis puts a new twist to the Band a Dejimbe and Tambourine and Some more Vocals to the mix creating a fuller richer sound.
