Hello Nurse

Hello Nurse, or Jack, Joe, and Liam, as they call themselves individually, is a three piece rock band from Brooklyn. Their eclectic style showcases their love and affinity for Rock Music and the underdog.
Living in a world where band after band strives to be something more, incorporating performance art and lighting arrays and glockenspiels into their work, Hello Nurse stands tall saying “No, thank you. But what you guys are doing is cool too.”

The members of Hello Nurse have had a long history of playing music together. Liam and Joe often cut class in high school to play guitar together in the music room. Joe and Jack had a band together at that time as well. Jack and Liam played in an after school program band in middle school. That’s it.
Hello Nurse’s debut album “Hell On Earth”, gets its name from a common mishearing of the bands name, as it is often shouted at people in noisy bars. However, one could certainly argue that today’s political climate, social climate, and climate do reflect a hell on earth as well.
Called “A really sick band” by Kevin Yankou of No One and the Somebodies, Hello Nurse is just that. With songs about break ups, American consumerism, and eating, you can tell they have good song topics. One time I overheard Will Maloney from Old Table call us the best punk band in Brooklyn.  Please Join Us May 11th at The Dump for our release show!!!
