Hello Mexico

"Hello Mexico, fronted by pianist/vocalist Gulli Gunnarsson and bassist/vocalist John Martinelli, are a progressive rock outfit from London who are about to bring their dynamic mixture of intimate atmospheres and intense walls of noise to the live circuit. Completed by guitarists Nick Calafato and Nick Brown and drummer Oliver Rae, Hello Mexico recorded their debut EP 'I Am The River' at Outhouse Studios in October 2009, the studios of acclaimed producer John Mitchell. The EP was a digital-only release. The band then spent the next five months writing and chose three new songs to record in March 2010 with Dan Lancaster. The new songs showcase a much more experimental and progressive edge, choosing to lose the aggressive nature of their previous material in place of a more restrained, melodic and delicate approach. The three songs will be released in May as a Digipack Single with two bonus tracks."
