Hello Union is an indie pop rock band out of New Jersey and this is their self titled debut EP. The EP is six tracks long and is a nice mix of cute and fun indie pop tracks. Tunnels is a light singer songwriter like song with light acoustic guitars and very light vocal harmonies. There’s also an interesting world music vibe coming from the guitar tones fourth track on the EP ”Silvia” the vocals on the track definitely remind me of Ezra Koenig of Vampire Weekend. ”99(Julie)” is probably the strongest cut on the EP it has a lot of the same traits a as ”Silvia” though I prefer the chugging electric guitar on this track more.
So if you’re looking for a few new indie pop tunes than I’d give Hello Union a shot. I enjoyed this EP for the most part. I could’ve used a little more music here aside from that it was a nice chilled EP.

Hello Union, an indie band from Bloomfield, NJ (07003). The band consists of Ruben Soto, Anthony Aliaga, and Aziz Naouai. They vouch themselves as the most diverse band from their area. Don't fact check that, more of a guess/assumption. Hello Union's music is a jizz jazzy(courtesy of Mac) mix of indie rock, folk, and reggae blended into a groovy array of fun tunes. Much of their music was written in various parks across town. Some include Brookdale Park, Brookside Park, and the hiking trails of Eagle Rock Nature Reservation.
