HELLSHOCK

The release of the Hellshock's debut album, Symbol of Agression, in 1997 affixed a firm grop to Hellshock's perserverance.
Maintaing a standard to team effort and motivation cultivated memorable live performances throughout the states and earned Symbol of Agression the 3rd most added to radio and entered the top 20 in the album network, CMJ and FMQB charts. Targets to Chicago were #1 adds with request slots remaining at #1 for 6 months. Domestic Sales for Symbol of Agression, are climbing despite that lack of major label support.

Their second release, Burn plays a taste the fearsome volume and range they've built their convictions on. Once again ravaging hardcore and metal dissonace with interlocking ease and clarity, Burn is an EP fueled with means and ends of sonic desity to which fans and musicians alike can look to for identity and purpose.

Hellshock then hit the studio with Producer Johnny K.(Disturbed, Machine head)
and released a powerful EP "Step-Up" followed by a second EP "Submission" produced by Joey Donnatello.
Hellshock is Currently in the recording studio with Producer Chris Greene (Alienarts)

Hellshock is one of the BEST up and coming metal bands known to Chicago. This CD displays that which is pure rawness and savage emotion. Seeing them live is like an adrenaline rush in itself, and if you don't have the CD yet trust me when I say getting it is a wise investment. I wish the band the best of luck. However, it should be obvious to anyone whose heard or had the privelage of seeing them live that these guys will be next big thing to come out of Chicago...

the burn e.p. is fantastic , a true must-have for anyone whom may like real hard rock. i have been a fan of this band since it's start. i have seen them grow as true musicians , with a unique style and sound that leaves me to hear a note or two , and know that it could only be HELLSHOCK. seeing this band many times, i consider myself quite fortunate. i also saw them this past weekend , and was totally amazed once again. THIS band IS ready to take on the world , on a first class ticket. i wish them the best.

I just saw these guys last night at the Metro in CHI town and they were absolutly amazing... Extremly talented, versatile and moving. The crowd was fired up and the mosh pit wasn't for the weak. Best show I've seen since Disturbed....They are next in line for stardom!!
