Although there are a few musicians who have a certain "it factor" who get by on little talent, talent, knowledge and skill are all main requirements for the music industry. Talent alone is not enough, but must be paired with continual practice, gaining new knowledge, and studying. No musician is made worse by learning more, but many musicians with natural talent fail to apply their talent and suffer from arrogance, thinking that they have learned all they need to know.
Heroes is a talent that has earned thier stripes in the music industry and encompasses not only a sense of being grounded and believing in thier music but they have a breadth of multi layered musical abilities that tap into multimedia markets.
Heroes Live performance is unlike any other, incorporating strong visuals and showmanship and the ability to read the crowd and deliver.

Biography:
-LIVE ELECTROHOUSE/HIPHOP/ROCK/MASHUPS-

HEROES met in 2009 & had an instant connection. Both with the motivation and talent wanted to bring a new kind of entertainment to the nightlife scene. With the electrohouse background of Meikee & the hip hop background of Mateo G, the project was born. The duo plays an original collaboration of electrohouse hip-hop mash-ups in a unique way

Drummer Mateo G:
Quickly becoming the hottest drummer in the nightlife scene has played for over 12 years mastering all styles of drumming. He's shared the stage with national touring acts such as r&b singing sensation Ashanti, r&b singer Amanda Perez, hip hop artist Baby Bash, hip hop duo Hard Nox and many others. Songs from Mateo G's most recent band Madison Parkway with front man Keith Varon can be heard on hit TV shows Laguna Beach, the HIlls & American Idol. With the combination of hip hop drumming & bad boy image, Mateo G is known to be the young Tommy Lee of the nightlife world.

DJ Meikee Magnetic:
One of the most diverse djs in California. He's shared the stage with Kaskade, Mickey Avalon, Larry T, Janes Addiction, Tommy Lee, Bass Nectar(Lorin), Doc Martin, Mob Deep, Peaches, Keoki & Scotty Boy at the top of a long list of artists. He studied in Tokyo, Hollywood, NY & SF under some of the most influential djs on the scene. Founding member of the live dance punk group "PROTECTION". His tracks can be heard on 92.7FM Bay Area, Indie 103.1FM LA & MTV Japan. Also a fashion show producer in the hottest Bay Area clubs.
