Here Comes The Hero

Here Comes the Hero (HCTH) is a rock group
from Jacksonville, Florida. Influenced by pop-punk greats such as Brand new, and
Blink-182, HCTH is in the infant stages of developing what is proving to be an
explosive (but solid), edgy (but mature) sound that we are excited to introduce
to the Southeast and beyond. Formed in Mid-2016, we have been
tirelessly working to release our first wave of music, both through our live-performances
and an impending EP. HCTH’s music boasts driving choruses, bold harmonies, and dynamic
rhythmic passages - our music is about life, it’s
imperfections, and the emotions we all face in traversing its uncertainties.
Whether our songs reflect the depths of anger and sorrow caused by a tragedy or
unbridled excitement for the future, the common thread is the unrestrained
emotions you always had but were too afraid to show. The textbook
definition of hero is a mythological or legendary figure endowed with great strength or ability. The members of
HCTH don’t have delusions of grandeur, the mythological heroes were nothing
extraordinary until their legend replaced their mortality. HCTH is driven by
the idea that how we choose to respond to the emotions we feel determines what
story we leave behind. Here Comes the Hero is: Jake
Spangler (guitar/vocals), Chris Reichart (guitar/vocals), Josh Spangler (drums), and Andrew Gardner (bass/vocals).

From the decades of combined musical
experience, we have created what we believe to be a unique sound that we hope will
continue to evolve with time. We strive to incorporate our classical and modern
musical training into our writing and performances. Here Comes the Hero has now
finished writing our first EP, which we are currently recording in-house. The
release is scheduled to coincide with the commencement of our live performances
in early January 2017. The members of HCTH are committed to making this project
bigger, better, and more explosive than anything we’ve worked on in the past. Together, we can write a new story
