"HERE BE DRAGONS Celtic Bonding"

I brani sono, oltre l’iniziale Lock up your daughters, Bracchi; Celtic Bounding; Senghennydd Explosion; Hiraeth; Naill Ar Ol Llall; Ar Fy Mhen Fy Hun; Galway Rose; Hollol; I’m Not Drunk; One More Year; Catrin’s Sister; Goodnight Cariad. La line-up com- prende: Will Morrison: Drums, Vocals; Cath Watkins: Fiddle, Recorder, Vocals; Mike Brooks: Lead Vocals, Banjo, Guitar, Mandolin; Rob Morris: Accordion, Guitar; Kyle Jones: Bass, Vocals; Alberto Cottica: Accordion; Cliff Eastabrook: Sound Engineer.

HERE BE DRAGONS Celtic Bonding (MAP Ethnoworld CCD880) - 50 '14 "An excellent album that we talked about in the preview on the website, is the second CD of the wild Welsh Here Be Dragons, a fan-tastic group has often been on tour in Italia, considered worthy heir to the Pogues and Whisky Priest. Guest of honor is the great Alberto Cottica, our accordionist already Modena City Ramblers and Flame Fumana, present in all the 13 tracks on the disc, which are composed by Mike Brooks! After the first CD "Alcohol & Rain" (KPRCD1002) 1997 Katt Pie Records, find ourselves a miniCD containing four tracks in this Italian production, it's "Goodnight Cariad" (KPRCD1003) 2000 Katt Pie Records. The official album is now released by Ethnoworld. The Italian products have no respite ... and what is surprising May giormente is that it is a decidedly pleasant surprise and great quality. This time the Ethnoworld really made bingo, disoriented after the passionate Italian with a flurry truly amazing record releases last year, in which the common denominator was the quality. The Italian public, however, has not yet realized this label as courageous as it goes-lida ... it is absolutely necessary tune-artists that revolve around this label. The songs are, beyond the initial Lock up your daughters, Bracchi; Celtic Bounding; Senghennydd Explosion; Hiraeth; Naill Ar Ol Llall; Mhen Ar Fy Fy Hun; Galway Rose; Hollol, I'm Not Drunk, One More Year, Catrin's Sister, Goodnight Cariad. A disc energetic and vital "Pogues oriented" that has nothing to envy to the Anglo-Saxon productions. No one is dis-thought from your purchase! The line-up comprises: Will Morrison: Drums, Vocals; Cath Watkins: Fiddle, Recorder, Vocals, Mike Brooks: Lead Vocals, Banjo, Guitar, Mandolin, Rob Morris: Accordion, Guitar, Kyle Jones: Bass, Vocals; Alberto Cottica: Accordion, Cliff Eastabrook: Sound Engineer.

Bio

One of the foremost folk rock bands emanating from Wales, Here Be Dragons' live shows have had crowds partying in festivals and venues all across Europe and in the USA.

Here Be Dragons try to be true to their culture and heritage, not as a museum exhibit but in a way that’s a more honest reflection of what it means to be Welsh in the twenty-first century Whilst still respecting their Celtic roots.

Singing in Welsh and English they play mainly original songs but alsotraditional ones like ‘Sosban Fach,’ (as Featured on A Welsh Government DVD)
