We are Heroes & Sacrifice a christian rock band from Albuquerque, NM formed in late 2014. Beautiful heavy tunes with uplifting and socially realistic Lyrics. We write songs heavily influenced by Christian ideology. Our music and talents are tools we use to make a statement. Our lead singer (Josh) is a graduated musician with a bachelors degree in music and classical guitar. We are currently self-producing our first album to be out in the spring of 2016. Our reverbnation crowd review killed it with some of these statements about our songs:
“I like the heavy guitars in the beginning. It reminds me of like a Metallica feel. The drums and guitar players are really good.
“Sound is average. The song sounds like it is trying to become a mixture of Avenged Seven-fold and Slipknot. The problem
with this is that they completely lose they're own musical style and are instantly compared to two great bands.
“I really love this song, It is so melodic and harmony. I really love the 5th measure. The beats which are technology and
electronic hit really hard and when combined with this artist's amazing vocal range, this song could be number 4 on the top
songs list. This song is inspirational. I would rate it 9/10.”
We are an original band trying to find our way into so many beautiful heavy music out there.
