Herzog

The band was formed in 2002 by members of several famous local bands. Keeping the best parts left from the past - raw immediacy of sound, competent arrangements, vivid imaginery of the poetry - Herzog moved on to explore a bit different sonic plateaus. By using the most up-to-date sound editing software, Herzog applies a soubtle touches of electronica to his mostly traditional rock songs. The result is quite unlike anything that can be found on contemporary Russian rock scene - a literary, inventive and moving music that sounds classic and unabashedly modern at the same time. Think of Teitur or Sondre Lerche if they would have been more fond of Element Of Crime. And take notice.
