While Los Angeles known vocalist & percussionist, Mernie Moore, adds the "woman's touch" to make this team outstanding! With a soon to be released fourth CD entitled: "Red, White & Blues", Todd is no stranger to the music industry...

HE SAID: As a teen growing up in Nashville TN., Todd was fortunate to learn from legendary greats like Johnny Cash, Waylon Jennings, and Charlie Daniels! Although his playing style not "traditional
country", Todd soon earned the notice & respect of local record executives and received many awards & offers for his guitar playing! After touring internationally with various projects, Todd decided to pursue his personal "rock n' roll" dreams in Los Angeles, California, where his popularity continued to grow. There he performed & recorded alongside acts like: Richard Marx, Almond Brothers Band, Survivor, Motley Crue, Warrant, Ratt, Mega Death, Red Hot Chilli Peppers... & more recently on the World Televised: Bravo Awards, Latin Grammys with Latin sensation: Ricky Martin! Meanwhile as an original act, Todd received much notoriety, along with numerous awards & accolades, for his writing & guitar playing on the internationally acclaimed CD: "Chiseled in Stone" with a band called "Lover's Lane". Later, as the music scene began to change, so did Todd's writing style, which led to his solo debut release: "Edge of a Dream", and the follow-up CD entitled: "Cherokee Passion". Both records received international radio airplay with stats!

SHE SAID: Born in Ohio, into a "musical" family, Mernie spent much of her childhood singing Gospel and Contemporary music with her four older sisters throughout the Mid-West & Southern states. It was those "early years" that bred her passion for performing, her ear for sweet harmonies, and her love of meaningful songs! Soon, Mernies love of music led her to world famous stages like "The Bluebird Cafe", in Nashville, TN., where she showcased her talents alongside then 'rising stars': Vince Gill, Alan Jackson, & Melissa Etheridge! Mernies songwriting & musical style then led her to the: "Entertainment Capital of the World"...Hollywood, California! There she performed in various bands and music projects, including studio recordings and live shows throughout the Los Angeles area, while also expanding her expression through many facets of the entertainment industry. Her work can be heard on international radio aired CD's with the "W. Todd Fulcher Band", rap artist: "Mac Bone", and the opus: "Recycled Soul"; and movies: "Bushwhacked", "Live Shot"...on television spots: "The Charlie Godart Show", "Star Search" "Katies Homecoming"...and in print on Calendars, Magazines, Catalogs, CD's & Art Exhibits.

HE SAID SHE SAID: Both in pursuit of their musical dreams, Todd & Mernies first encounter occurred in Nashville, Tennessee on the local music scene. A few years later, their journeys found them reconnecting in Los Angeles, California. Their friendship and mutual admiration led them to form a band together that subsequently led to the internationally recognized CD's entitled: "Edge of a Dream" and "Cherokee Passion". The band toured extensively throughout the United States as the "W. Todd Fulcher Band" receiving international radio airplay, and without the assistance of a major record label, their CD's placed as high as #22 on the "Gavin Report's Top 100"!!

Now, based in Florida, and performing as: "He Said She
Said", Todd and Mernie are a fun & sassy original/cover act that combines a variety of cover tunes with award winning originals for their upbeat performances! Their chemistry, professionally & personally, makes this duo an entertaining delight! Their extensive song list and three international radio played CD's, makes them great for any venue!
Together, they are currently working on a "He Said She Said" LIVE CD.... as their musical journey continues...
