Bio
Active militants of the folk and traditional music, Hexacorde’s members have been working for a decade in different aspects of the traditional repertoire. Formerly they have been part of several folk and traditional bands (Piconeros, Los Talaos, Yorandav, Contrabanda) and other styles (classical, jazz, rock), where they have accumulated experiences now developed in Hexacorde, in order to find a new vision for the ethnic music of Castile and León. We aim to recreate and disseminate the vast traditional repertoire of our region with innovative arrangements and original sonority.
