Bio
Originally hailing from Indiana, Aela began releasing her music under her moniker in an attempt to create something separate from herself. Aela has an admiration for the mystique, and through a unique blend of rock, industrial, doom and electronica, Aela creates an atmosphere of a dark, twisted fairytale.
Aela many times implements lustful lyrics, booming guitar riffs, dark soundscapes, and funky, retro synths. This combination strikes a chord reminiscent of Nine Inch Nails or Bjork. Aela falls somewhere between the hazy conjunction and temptation of Innocence and Evil.
