H!gh Hopes is a pop punk/pop band started in late July 2011. After several accomplishments with his former band, such as; being featured in Alternative Press Magazine, winning the chance to play Vans’ Warped Tour for two consecutive years, reaching number 1 on the purevolume charts with two singles, and touring Canada 5 times, Joel Cossette decided to part ways with Prom Night In Black and White. In order to expand his musical knowledge, and pursue a career in music more seriously, he took his talent as a songwriter and singer, and formed the group H!gh Hopes.
With a cross Canada tour in the works, as well as plans to tour into the United States, High Hopes is preparing to release it’s debut full length album. With a sound influenced by catchy pop lyrics, to heavy pop punk riffs, High Hopes is poised to take over the minds and hearts of underground music lovers, and radio listeners alike.
