The High Tide Band is based out of South Florida and are dedicated to recreating the Classic Rock & Blues music sound from the 70's thru the 80's to current,playing covers from;
Led Zeppelin,Doors,Tom Petty,Bad Company,The Allman Bros,
Pink Floyd,U2,Cream,Stones,The Police,Rare Earth ,Sly Stone,The Beatles,
The Who,Lynrd Skynrd to Robin Trower,and an endless variety of standard requests,as well as High Tide original music .

MIKE FITZ Guitars/ Vocals
Mike Fitzgerald got ahold of his first guitar 40 years ago, and while hailed as a genius by some (both the late great T-Bone Wolk of Hall and Oates, Billy Joel, the SNL Band and the late great Chris Whitley) others would argue he has improved little in all those years. Nonetheless, he has quietly managed to be involved with artists ranging from RuPaul to Dread Zeppelin and somehow been involved in marketing, designing, promoting, assembling, recording or even manufacturing over 100 hundred records from such strange bedfellows as Scotti Brothers (Weird Al), Larry Mitchell (Billy Squier, Tracy Chapman), pop group Orleans, CD Review Magazine, or his own original band from New England, Acid Bran.
JOE TAFFURI Drums/Vocals
Joe Taffuri originally hales from NYC playing with many bands there as well as right here in Sunny South Florida.
Joe with his hard hitting solid hard rock style has been entertaining audiences for over 38 + years now.Bands Joe performed with are as such: Chris Noel & Lady Knight they apeared on TV numerous times, Chris Noel movie star ,songwriter vocalist appeared with The King Elvis Presley in a few of his movies. Lady Knight toured the east coast ,opening for such acts such as Gladys Knight & Laura Branigan.Then Joe toured and recorded with the Original Indie signed act "The Abductors" featuring Guitarist Singer & Songwriter Scott Halen ,they recorded there CD right here at Prisma Studios Ft Lauderdale.
Joe then worked with the local Legend band Dalas Starr toured Locally here in South Fla and abroad in England ,they opened for Molly Hatchet,Robin Trower & Keb Mo.
Joe T has recently formed this band HIGH TIDE in 2009 and hopes to gain high aclaims with this talented bunch of hand picked musicians. High Tide was voted best new Rock Cover Band in 2009 New Times,
ROB HAURY Bass /Lead Vocals

As the Lead Singer and driving force behind HIGH TIDE ROCKS, Rob is well recognized for unique bass chops, killer showmanship, rock solid Four on the Floor backbeat, and soulful vocalizing. He lays down a firm musical foundation that has earned HIGH TIDE top accolades from fans and critical acclaim. He began his illustrious career at the Record Plant producing Grammy Award winning recordings by John Cougar Mellencamp, Def Leppard, Yes and Blackfoot, then went on to tour as a sought after addition backing world-class acts the likes of Little Texas and the Bellamy Brothers. Rob always brings with him a higher level of excitement and anticipation to any venue, large or small.
