A band born in the slums of Saint Tropez
In less than two years, the band His Majesty has managed to create their distinctive sound and style. With lively electronic melodies and energetic guitar riffs, they mix powerful rock with the most modern electronic pop, for an original and dancing music, in the wake of the Klaxons, OK GO or Late of the Pier.
His Majesty is made-up of Guillaume, Adrien, Marc, Antonin and Romain, who met at Saint Tropez high school. Three of them are now studying in London, Paris and Montpellier, finding the perfect balance between music and studies, meeting to play gigs, practice or record, benefitting of a wider musical world.
In 2009, His Majesty released their first EP, presenting their first compositions, that had been acclaimed live. In April 2010 they recorded their second EP 'Duck! Meteor' which has been released on the 1st of June. This EP affirms their own music style a bit more again. His Majesty will play their new songs and their new show in July, notably supporting Little Comets on the 10th of July in Ramatuelle (French Riviera).
