Hitch Carter born May 26 at Grady Memorial Hospital in Atlanta, GA. Hitch Carter moved to Annapolis, MD to be raised by his Father & Grandmother, after his mother passed away shortly after he was born. Hitch began writing music when he was 12 years of age; his passion for music came from growing up in a music-oriented household. MR. Carters father was the local DJ, in Annapolis, MD, which left Hitch to continue the family legacy of being apart of the music scene. He performed in his first talent show at his middle school (Bates Junior High School) where he finished 2nd place. After getting good responses, he then knew for sure he wanted to pursue a music career. Hitch linked up with a hometown friend after graduating high school & they began making music in his basement. They went by the name Grindaholics from always being known for there hard work & dedication to there dream of becoming the biggest thing to ever come out of the small town of Annapolis, MD. When Hitch turned 23 years of age he became a father, naming his son Emari. Now having a son Hitch realized he needed to make a major move that would help his son & family in the way that they deserved. So he packed everything & made a sacrifice and moved back to Atlanta, GA, to make his dreams come true and to make sure his family would always be well taking care of.
Hitch Carter is determined to reach international star status by all means necessary.
