Hitman for a Heart was originally formed in 2005 by vocalist and bassist Rob and guitarist Ben. The band was joined by vocalist and guitarist Sean shortly after Warped Tour 2008, and two months later the lineup was finalized by drummer Steve.
The band announced their signing to True/False Records in June 2009 and immediately hit the studio to begin recording. HFAH's debut label release, I Thought Hurricane Season Was Over, is antemantic and full of energy. This energy translates into their high voltage live shows as well.
