We decided to start a band on October 24th 2011 and then on October 28th (Brittani's mom's birthday) Brittani wrote the first song called "Very Far" and on the 29th we came up with the name Hit the Lights! William and I decided to start a band because I really wanted to start singing and performing in public on my own and I needed a friend who would be willing to help and he wanted too. We're still looking for other members but right now its just us.
