HiWay Dre is fresh on the scene with hot, industry bound tracks that burst with global appeal. Meaningful, relatable lyrics blend expertly with original, self produced beats and a medley of instruments and arrangements that further compliment his commanding voice and presence.

In the snippet, "Time" he tells of a father dragging his young son through the streets soliciting money he says is to feed his kid when all he really wants to feed is his dope habit.

"Faded" is a perfect blend of Hip Hop and Rock that speaks of younger, wilder years in the hood where he graduated to a level of enlightenment that brought him into the world of Hip Hop and a deeper understanding of a future he’d often been moments away from losing forever.

"HiWay Muzik" and "Demons" speaks to his daily struggle to survive the street life of inner-city living from the wild thoughts that run through a young man's mind to the actions that follows.

What sets HiWay Dre apart from many other artists today is that, although he talks honestly about the hardships and temporary pleasures of street life, his intent is not to glamorize, but to encourage young males to hold firm; to survive the madness long enough to do something real big, real relevant. Leading by example, he uses his past and promising future to show youth that they can overcome their present no matter how harsh and hopeless it may seem.

As a child HiWay Dre was surrounded by a healthy mix of music from multiple genres and eras that spawned his evolution into a multifaceted perfectionist who refuses to settle for second best. Infusing Hip Hop with Rock, R&B, and soul, he developed what he now calls, “HiWay Muzik”.

A gifted artist, writer, and producer, HiWay Dre is currently shopping his demo project in hopes of securing a record deal with a major, or fully developed independent record label.
