Being a fan of great bans and original Hip Hop, HiWay Dre had a vision to add a fresh spin on what had already been perfected.
Following in the footsteps of rock influences like Cold Play, Pearl Jam, Phil Collins, Steppenwolf, and other great bands, and Hip Hop pioneers such as Run DMC, Mos Def, Tribe Called Quest, Pharcyde, PM Dawn, KRS 1, and other lyrical greats, he boldly stepped out of the box to create a global sound with mainstream appeal while staying true to his love of Hip Hop and respect for the true heads, both artists and fans, who still hunger for soul stirring lyrics based on something real.
R. O. S. creates their own lane for music lovers to ride through with beats that take the heart and mind to a whole 'nother atmosphere of music appreciation and lyrics that reflect a lifetime of experiences that brought them to where they are today.
