Gone with the wind

Written By: Håkan Soold

I took a walk in the rain, washing some dirt away
I was moving at a feverish pace
Down in the royal garden a light was shining
I felt as if being somewhere else
I walked up to it, but the light disappeared
I heard the wind, loud and clear, howling my name

//My senses are gone with the wind //

A sea burst through the park and a clipper made the scene
It was the most beautiful thing I´ve seen
The captain hollered to me from his post on upper deck:
"Come here, my son, my hands are clean"
I swam up to it, but the ship disappeared
I heard the wind, loud and clear, howling my name

// My senses are gone with the wind //

A train was rushing full speed through my forehead
It was sixteen coaches long
The conducter told me "We´re on our way towards the light"
I said "Hold your horses, let me come along!"
Before we got there the train was derailed
I heard the wind, loud and clear, howling my name

// My senses are gone with the wind //
