The Headland Peddler

Short blurb, mmmmm.....

So after releasing their debut album, 'Shot by the Messenger', in Aug 2011 The Headland Peddler have been trying to gain some sort of response as the whole recording process was kind of back the front.

Generally speaking, most bands meet one way or another through friends, families etc etc, they than jam, play shows, create relationships and eventually some times record some tracks. The Headland Peddler met by sheer mistake or luck? James Wills (Singer/ Guitarist/ Songwriter), Troy Borg (Bass/ Backing Vocals) and Josh Attard (Drummer) all met whilst volunteering their time at a recording studio to learn the ropes, meet other like minded creatures and ultimately utilise the overwhelmingly equipped studio. Which just so happened to be the same studio where they recorded the majority of their first album. The studio dream came to a rushing holt, and the Album was complete and the three lads started jamming together for the first time and decided to start playing some shows.

The Headland Peddler have also welcomed new Lead Guitarists Eden Telea and Daniel Attard to their line up and will continue to bring friends with them to play at their live shows.

Along this beautiful journey there has been a handful of musically talented friends continually landing their talents and knowledge which has allowed the band to grow with the right foundations in place.

Currently the boys are in their very own, newly built studio recording their first E.P to capture their live sound which will be out sometime 2012.
