Hocus Pocus brings original compositions executed with a visceral touch and attractive dynamics, as well as a striking presence and vintage timbres; rock ‘n' roll contaminated with Latin rhythms, swing approaches, and the expression and freedom of the blues. Hocus Pocus has been part of a growing wave since 2003. It began in bars and at student parties in Londrina, Brazil and hit clubs, pubs, venues and festivals throughout Europe with the promotional tour for the album The City Shakes (“The City Shakes Tour – Europe 2009,” Germany, Holland, Switzerland, Czech Republic and Austria).
All members of the band graduated from the Music College of UEL – Universidade Estadual de Londrina (State University of Londrina). Currently, the video clip of the song “Electric City Muse” off the album The City Shakes is running on MTV Brazil.
Hocus Pocus stands for blending blues and Latin intentions into hard rock, which results in a vibrant and unusual rock n' roll identity.

Desde 2003 na estrada, a Hocus Pocus está numa crescente que começou em bares e festas de república em Londrina, Brasil e atingiu clubes, pubs, casas de show e festivais na Europa (Alemanha, Holanda, República Checa e Áustria) com a "The City Shakes Tour - Europe 2009". Turnê promocional do álbum "The City Shakes", lançado pela Dirty Earth Records, e produzida pela agência Popkillazz Presents, ambos de Dresden, Alemanha.
Todos os membros da banda são graduados em música pela UEL (Universidade Estadual de Londrina).
O videoclipe da música "Electric City Muse" está rolando na MTV Brasil.
A Hocus Pocus traz e mistura intenções blues e latinas para o hard rock, o que resulta numa vibrante e incomum identidade musical.
