Holiday Mountain

Holiday Mountain is a trio based out of Boston, MA. Created by songwriter, singer, and pianist Laura Patino. Perhaps sometimes alien like drummer, Zander Kagle. And ridiculously groovy upright bassist, Orion Boucher. They believe in helping progress human consciousness, as it is an intense time of earthly neccessity to evolve our awareness of the unity that is within us and infinitely around us. They try to portray this sincere message not only in their daily lives, but by making humans everywhere groove really hard. Finally, we can all evolve and dance at the same time! Songwriting influenced heavily by Deerhoof, Man Man, Andrew Bird, Bob Marley, Jacob Miller, and The Books. Holiday Mountain recently played at the Middle East Downstairs on Friday, May 13th 2011 in Boston with Mighty Tiny, Walter Sickert's Army of Broken Toys, and Oh My Darling Do Not Forsake Me.
