Formed in Montreal, QC, Canada, in January 2018, Honest Honesty is a rock band composed by female vocalist Roxanne Paris, drummer Yuri B. Beaulieu, bassist Alex Canuel and guitarist James B. Roberts, all passionate musicians who had the same goals and the same inspirations. After performing their first live shows the same year, they went into studio at the end of 2018 to record their three first original demos.
The band’s captivating, high-energy performances transport audiences back in time as Honest Honesty blends musicianship. Audience members have described Honest Honesty as “excellent riffs combined with entertaining showpersonship,” and “high energy with a hard-hitting vibe,’’. It’s not unusual for the unusual to happen at Honest Honesty lives performances. Every performer in the band exudes a love of music.
Its repertoire evoke their inspirations for bands such as Black Sabbath, Billy Talent, Stone Temple Pilots, AC/DC, Guns N Roses, Led Zeppelin, Mötley Crüe and many more. Ever-evolving, the band have several Hard-Rock original compositions that could feel like they have been written long ago.
