Hounds Tooth burst onto the Milwaukee scene in the spring of 2006, successfully bringing their brand of Funky Blues & Wicked Soul to traditional blues audiences in West Allis and rocking-out younger crowds at Eastside clubs. Showcasing the powerful, soulful voice of Ms. Jamie Brace, Hounds Tooth takes a song-oriented approach to the tunes they perform.
With a setlist comprised of classic soul songs, up-tempo blues numbers, original material, and powerful blues rock numbers, Hounds Tooth’s sound appeals to a wide range of audiences.

Fronted by Jamie Brace, the Hounds Tooth sound is defined by Jamie's passionate and soul stirring vocals. The dual guitar approach of Hounds Tooth combines the classic stinging blues guitar of J.D. Optekar along with the rockin' riffs of Mike Kay. The backbone of the band includes the solid bottom end of bass player Chris Peck and the powerful and funky beats of Jeff Oscarson's drumming.
