House Of I

House Of I is a local band originally from Miami. Started by Kenneth Rodriguez and Daniel Caballero, they soon ran into a very talented funk drummer giving them a unique sound. House Of I plays alternative rock, an organic blend of 60's rock n roll and modern alternative rock. After starting off with a couple of original tunes, they proceeded to play every venue they could in Miami, including Churchills, Sweat Records, Bayside, Revolution Live, Eve, Cheers and more. After the two singer/songwriters graduated high school the band moved to Tampa. House Of I hit the ground running in Tampa, and played many treasured venues such as The Local 662, the State Theater, The Orpheum, and The Pegasus Lounge. Having just finished recording their White Noise EP, House Of I is a young band looking to make a splash in the music scene.

We are influenced by The Beatles, Pixies, Red Hot Chilli Peppers, Modest Mouse, Radiohead and A lot of 60's music like Jimi Hendrix.

We are professional and focused. We believe that our music is what sets us apart. We are not looking into sounding like the bands we like but to take from their uniqueness and technical skill along with of course their creativity.
