House Divided

The State of New Jersey has long been known for its music scene. It has been a launching pad for many of the top artists in Rock music today. Unfortunately, Southern New Jersey (Cape May County in particular) has not gained the attention it deserves as a hotbed of great original music. A three-piece rock band from Cape May, New Jersey hopes to change all that. House Divided was spawned in February 2004 by guitarist and songwriter, Bob Leidy. After the original line up recorded a four song demo in their home studio entitled "I Dreamp't I was in Heaven", the band went their separate way's. Feeling that he was on to something Bob turned to bass player Nick Menzano, and the two went to work perfecting their sound and writing new material. After auditioning several drummers the pair agreed that Dom Piro would be the perfect choice to round out the group. the result is a power trio with HEAVY (but catchy) songs and a sound so huge it must be heard to be believed! Featuring heavy riffing guitar styles, soulful gut-wrenching vocals, and a rhythm section that will rattle the fillings out of your teeth!
