Bio

Heavy Metal Blues was born in 1969 and the music world would be changed forever. The first and last of its kind.

LED ZEPPELIN.

Although the band is now a chapter in the annals of rock and roll history, their music lives on through their many unsurpassed recordings and now, the soul shaking thunder of Zeppelins live performances can be experienced again as Metronights Entertainment proudly presents-

Farrell Webber and Houses of the Holy - A Tribute to the music of Led Zeppelin.

These guys aren’t wannabe posers with yellow dyed hair and a pair of expensive “dragon pants”. “Houses” leaves the gimmicks to the bands that have to rely on them.

The music is what they are all about, although their stage show and energy are things to behold.

Close your eyes and listen to - the hammer of the gods.

Farrell Webber, lead vocalist of “London Calling”, ”Social Offense”, ”Ars Nova”, “The Farrell Webber Band”, “Dodge Harley and The Missouri Riders” and even “Lenny Klingers Galaxy”, teamed up with Mark Crowell on lead guitar (who also does a tribute to Steely Dan, Earth Wind and Fire and The Doobie Brothers) of “Groove Thang”, and “London Calling” back in the late 80’s while slugging it out in the jungles of Los Angeles. The Zeppelin tribute started there but was put on the back burner for all these years until 2006 when they decided to crank it up again with the help of long time friend and virtuoso guitarist, Larry Smith of “Ars Nova”, “The Ralph Butler Band”, “The Heather Dawn Band”, “London Calling”, and “The Farrell Webber Band”.

John Tellman, a cross between Keith Moon and John Bonham and the rock steady bass of Rob Sherman rounds out this incredibly faithful reproduction of the music of Led Zeppelin.

They may not look like Zeppelin, but they WILL rock your ASS off and if you CAN close your eyes, you’ll quickly find yourself transported back to 1970 and The Royal Albert Hall.

The smell of incense and burning herb, well, that’s another story.

Over the past year, Houses of the Holy has played for thousands at events such as:
