"Indie Fascination"

“Difficult times sometimes bring new and fabulous art to the fore. This is one of those times.” - Comeherefloyd

"Sound Spy: Our Discoveries"

“Howlin 'Circus hold on to their classic rock elements, but at the same time create a layer that gives the gloomy backbone a feel-good aspect.” - Tonspion

"Rockin' Blues Radio Show"

“Propelled by pounding rhythms, and stinging solos, Howlin' Circus mixes in moments of pure '60s Pop magic, that leaves listeners satisfied, and wanting more!” - Brent Morrison DJ

"Exclusive Premiere: Stream Howlin’ Circus’ New Single “Run The Wrong Way”"

The band brings a heady mix of raucous celebration and moody introspection; combining the heartfelt traditions of blues and gospel music with a modern garage rock sound. - Aesthetic Magazine

"Single Review | Howlin’ Circus – Take It On"

Howlin’ Circus’ brand of psychedelic heavy-blues rock is akin to The Black Keys on a cocktail of speed and acid. Fast, fuzzy and furious. Hammered piano keys, wailing guitars and other world vocals lend themselves to making this frantic five-minute fever dream a fantastic ride. Would you expect anything less from a band that handed out hundred of pre-rolled joints at a gig after Canada legalised weed? - Clunk Mag

"HOWLIN’ CIRCUS GO THE RIGHT WAY WITH ‘RUN THE WRONG WAY’"

This is one of those songs you can listen to over and over and not get bored out of your mind, probably because of the flow of the harmonics, elusively familiar but simultaneously fresh and reeking of brawny, dirty colors. - Rawckus

ROCK AND ROLL FROM THE HEART

Howlin' Circus put passion and vulnerability at the heart of their rock and roll. Performances at UK festivals and across North America have wowed audiences, with the songs serving to remind us of what brings us together. All it takes is a spark to set our souls on fire and Howlin' Circus have been coming to shows with plenty of lighter fluid.

Shortly after the legalization of cannabis in Canada, the band became part of local folklore, handing out hundreds of pre-rolled joints at a concert, becoming the first to do so. The band has made TV and radio appearances, including a possibly drug-fuelled destruction of the drum kit during a live daytime television show. Who said rock and roll is dead?

Their debut album has earned radio play in the UK, US and Canada, and rave reviews, being described as "kick in the pants garage rock" and "akin to The Black Keys on a cocktail of speed and acid".

RUN THE WRONG WAY - DEBUT ALBUM

British-Canadian rock band Howlin' Circus took the hard road to Run The Wrong Way. Leaving the UK immediately after Brexit they set to work on their debut album in Toronto bringing a sense of urgency and soul searching into the recording process. Recorded in an old church in a remote part of Ontario, Run The Wrong Way captures the vulnerability, the anger and desire needed to produce a memorable rock and roll debut.

From the pounding driving rhythms of the title track to the haunting and grandiose closer, Hold Your Own, Run The Wrong Way encapsulates the divisive times we live in and the disconnect felt in our communities.
