Hurley Ridge performs original and traditional Bluegrass Music blending a variety of musical styles. This family group of two brothers, Glenn and Kent Hurley, and a sister, Amy, started out in rural Jackson County. Their mother and father took them to family reunions where they would listen to old time music. They now perform all around the state to much success, including appearances at the Old Joe Clark Bluegrass Festival in Renfro Valley.

Their musical styles have been influenced by '70's and '80's rock, African American music, southern gospel, in addition to country and bluegrass music. Amy plays bass, Glenn plays mandolin and guitar, and Kent plays banjo and guitar. They will perform two original compositions: "Patches of Light" and "Hook, Line, and Sinker" and "I Wanna Be Ready" (traditional a capella).
